Ninthore Overseas Is One Of The Leading Manufacturer And Exporter Of High Quality Stainless Steel 304L Wire Mesh, which are used as they are not sensitive to inter – granular corrosion after heating within the carbide precipitation range of 425 Degree C – 850 Degree C. Our Stainless Steel 304L Hexagonal Wire Mesh is the grade of choice for applications in the temperature range of up to about 900 Degree C, combining high strength, resistance to scaling and phase stability by means of resistance to subsequent aqueous corrosion. A limitation with this SS 304L Welding Wire Mesh is that titanium does not transfer well across a high temperature arc, so is not recommended as a welding consumable.

Our Stainless Steel 304L Netting Wire Mesh is stabilized in contradiction of chromium carbide formation by the addition of titanium. These Stainless Steel 304L Woven Wire Mesh is heat resistant, titanium stabilized, austenitic alloy that’s commonly used for service in the 1000 Degree F – 1600 Degree F temperature range.
Our SS 304L Spring Steel Wire Mesh is primarily used in applications that involve continuous and intermittent service temperatures within the carbide precipitation range of 800 Degree F – 1500 Degree F. These SS 304L Fencing Wire Mesh was developed for use in the chromium carbide precipitation range of 1800 Degree F – 1500 Degree F (427 Degree C – 816 Degree C) where un – stabilized alloys are subject to inter – granular attack.
