Ninthore Overseas Is One Of The Leading Manufacturer And Exporter Of High Quality Hastelloy X Angle and other Hastelloy products with numerous variations of these angles, including Hastelloy Equal Angles and Hastelloy Unequal Angles. Industries that employ the Hastelloy X Angle Channel Beam Chain include those that work with chemicals, petrochemicals, oil and natural gas, fats, fertilizers, sugar mills and distilleries, cement, shipbuilding, paper, pumps, automation, paints, steel, and other materials. Hastelloy Angles have a stellar reputation for resisting corrosion admirably under many challenging circumstances. Molybdenum content is higher in Hastelloy Channels, increasing their resistance to localized corrosion including pitting and crevice corrosion.

Hastelloy X Angle

Hastelloy X Angle

The behavior of Hastelloy products is caused by the precipitation of hazardous phases. Similar to several other solid-solution-strengthened super alloys, Hastelloy X Angle exhibits a loss of room temperature ductility when subjected for prolonged periods to intermediate temperatures. Hastelloy X Chain is used to display the wear findings for a traditional matching material room-temperature pin on disc testing, where wear depths are provided as a function of applied force.

The results show that in terms of galling resistance, Hastelloy X C-Channel beats many materials that were created specifically to have exceptional wear resistance. Since Hastelloy X I-Beam work-hardens more quickly during machining, they require more power to cut than ordinary carbon steels. It is preferable to employ rigid machine tools that are only used up to 75 percent of their rated capacity due to the stringy and tough nature of the chips in Hastelloy X T-Beam.
