Inconel 625 H-Beam in the solution annealed condition is characterized by excellent creep strength above about 600 Degree C (1112 Degree F).

Our Inconel 625 I-Beam has three heat treatments: solutions annealing at 2000 Degree F / 2200 Degree F and air quench or quicker; annealing 1600 Degree F / 1900 Degree F and air quenching or quicker; and lastly stress relieving 1100 Degree F / 1500 Degree F and air quenching. Inconel 625 T-Beam can be selected because of its high strength, excellent uniform corrosion resistance, resistance to stress cracking and excellent pitting resistance in 500 Degree F – 600 Degree F (260 Degree C – 316 Degree C) water.
Ideally, to control grain size of our Inconel 625 Chain, finish hot working operations should be performed at the lower end of the temperature range. Alloy 625 Angle resists scaling and oxidation at high temperatures, and so is generally used in flare stacks on offshore oil platforms. Our Alloy 625 C-Channel is often used in chemical processing equipment handling mixed acids both oxidizing and reducing, Aircraft ducting systems, Jet engine exhaust systems and Seawater applications.
